NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 013969 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Sarasota County's Public Auction website, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on the 31st day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
