NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-005870-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and NANCY S. JONES; LITTLE RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 59, OF LITTLE RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE 76 THROUGH 84 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
