NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 2, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-005526-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC1, Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered, is the Plaintiff and THOMAS R BOYKO; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 10th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
