NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 16, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-006252-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and HUBERT STEENBAKKERS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 N/K/A VERONICA ALVAREZ are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 6th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
