NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:

Book 1645, Pages 276-379, and as amended, of the Public Records of Pasco, County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements and any limited common elements appurtenant thereto.
