Defendant(s).
TO: Felix R. Ragozzino, deceased, Erma E. Ragozzino A/K/A Irma E. Ragozzino, deceased, and All Their Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, or Trustees of Decedants Felix R. Ragozzino and Erma E. Ragozzino A/K/A Irma E. Ragozzino and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against them, and all parties having any right, title or interest in the property herein described including heirs, devisees and creditors of them.
The property herein described is as follows:
Unit 46 LAKE TIPPECANOE, a Condominium together with an undivided share in those common elements appertaining thereto and in accordance to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 987, Pages 114 thru 126 and amendments thereto, as per plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Book 6, Pages 28, 28A-28H, inclusive, and amendments thereto of the Public Records of Sarasota
County, Florida.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint for foreclosure of Claim of Lien has been filed and commenced in this court by LAKE TIPPECANOE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on David J. Fredericks, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237-6063, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled Court within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication or February 17th, 2014; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
