OBEN JR. A/K/A GARY OBEN; MISSION MONTEREY HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION,; CITY ELECTRIC SUPPLY COMPANY; GARY OBEN A/K/A GARY OBEN SR.; BREEZE NEWSPAPERS; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s).
