GORBY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BETTY L. GORBY; FT. MYERS SHORES CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVLOPMENT; ISPC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S)are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on February 10, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 47 AND 48, BLOCK 74 OF UNIT NO. 6, FORT MYERS SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES(S) 75 THROUGH 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
