Final Judgment was awarded on January 10, 2014, in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-053486, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and; RYAN BELL; AMBER BELL; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; HAWK'S PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PÃ…RTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 38, HAWKS PRESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGES 6 THROUGH 11, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
