NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2010-CA-001592 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS 2004-01, Plaintiff, and, MASTEN, PAULA MAE A/K/A PAULA M. MASTEN, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, FORECLOSURE SALE TO BE CONDUCTED VIA THE INTERNET: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 9:00 A.M., on the 4th day of February, 2014, the following described property:
CONDOMINIUM SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF SARASOTA, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS UNIT 209-G, SORRENTO PARK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OR BOOK 1021, PAGES 774 THROUGH 834, AS AMENDED IN OR BOOK 1376, PAGE 719, AS AMENDED IN OR BOOK 1492, PAGE 272 AND AS AMENDED IN OR BOOK 1932, PAGES 0033 THROUGH 0053 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 11, 11A AND 11B, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 14, PAGES 32, 32A AND 32B, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 20, PAGES 2, 3A AND 3B, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
