Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at Feb on 12 day of 2014, on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
UNIT 12-203, RAPALLO ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4574, PAGE 1681, AS MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
