VON HOPFFGARTEN; MEGAERA PUTNEY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE VON HOPFFGARTEN FAMILY REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MAY 5, 2010; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; VENETIAN GOLF & RIVER CLUB PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CAPPELLO I AT VENETIAN GOLF & RIVER CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 18th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
