NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 13th day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-052925, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2005-8, HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-8 is the Plaintiff and CYNTHIA COLON ANGEL COLON AKA ANGEL A. COLON; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 12 day of Feb, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 3522, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 47, PART 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 112 THROUGH 127, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
