NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 08, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2010-CA-000326-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and ELAINE A OLSON N/K/A ELAINE DUFRESNE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELAINE A OLSON N/K/A ELAINE DUFRESNE N/K/A NORMAND DUFRESNE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A LAURA OLSON; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A STEVE OLSON, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 24th day of February, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 224, COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9 PAGES 85 AND 86 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
