NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2012 CA 009988 NC of the 12th Judicial Circuit in Sarasota, Sarasota County, Florida, Karen E. Rushing, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. EST on the 30 day of January 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 34, BLOCK 424, 9TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION. AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 21A THRU 21S, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY. FLORIDA.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
