UNIT 24, BUILDING 4, OF SUNNYBROOK III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 144 THROUGH 146, AND PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 19, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JULY 19, 1985, IN O.R. BOOK 1430, PAGE 1326, AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ANY LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. TOGETHER WITH A PERPETUAL AND NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT IN COMMON WITH BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL OTHER OWNERS OF AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE IMPROVEMENTS UPON THE LAND ABOVE DESCRIBED, FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AND USE OF ALL PUBLIC PASSAGEWAYS, AS WELL AS COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES UPON THE LAND ABOVE DESCRIBED.

Robinson St. Suite 660, Orlando, FL 32801 and file the original with the Clerk of the above- styled Court on or before 30 days from the first publication, otherwise a Judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. 2/17/2014
