RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed December 30, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 005260 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE RALI 2006-QS5, is Plaintiff, and NANCY OKUN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 04 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Unit 103, Building 5752, THE COLONY AT SABAL TRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Instrument #2005115527, as amended in Official Records Instrument #2005132220, and according to Condominium Book 37, Page 49 through 49G, of the Public Records of Sarasota County,Florida, together with that limited common element Garage 52-5 and Parking Space 52-5, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
