BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO CLARKE M INGHRAM, MARGAREE H INGHRAM BY DEED FROM CLINTON INGHRAM, THELMA INGHRAM DATED 1997-04-11, RECORDED 1997-04-21 DEED BOOK 8535 PAGE 148.
and commonly known as: 7438 OAKVISTA CIR, TAMPA, FL 33634; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on February 3, 2014 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
