NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated December 11, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2010-CA-011697, DIVISION: N, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2005-2 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-2 is Plaintiff, and RONALD S. HARSHBARGER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RONALD S. HARSHBARGER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 29th day of January, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, ROSEMOUNT VILLAGE, UNIT II, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 65, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
