NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 13, 2013 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-008568 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA 2006-1 is Plaintiff and LAKEVIEW AT CALUSA TRACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, LOVETT S. PURNELL AKA LOVETT PURELL , TERRA BRADY PURNELL AKA TERRA LEA BRADY PURNELL AKA TERRA LEA BRADY , CALUSA TRACE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC, BANK OF AMERICA, NA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 29th day of January, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 5209 of LAKEVIEW AT CALUSA TRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 15389, Pages 553 through 678, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; together with any and all amendments thereto, as from time to time may be filed of record; and according to the Condominium Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 20, Page 36, of the Public Records aforesaid; together with an undivided share or interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
