NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13003258CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., GREENPOINT MTA TRUST 2005-AR3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR3 is the Plaintiff and PEDRO MARTIN-MORENO A/K/A PEDRO M. MORENO, BELLEVIEW BILTMORE VILLAS-OAKS-150 BELLEVIEW BLVD INC. A FLORIDA NOT FOR PROFIT CORPORATION, REGIONS BANK, MARIA E. TORRES A/K/A MARIA E. MINUTTI and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 3rd day of February, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 201, BELLEVIEW BILTMORE VILLAS OAKS - 150 BELLEVIEW BLVD., A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 5398, PAGE 40 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 63, PAGES 89-103, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WTIH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
