NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-026857 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, Trustee for The Certificateholders for Park Place Securities, Inc., is the Plaintiff and John Guerriero, Barbara G. Lewis A/K/A Barbara Lewis, Argent Mortgage Company, LLC, John Doe N/K/A Juan Hernandez, Royal Hills Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 14th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 1, BLOCK D, COUNTRY HILLS EAST UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGE 57 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBORUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
