Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated January 6, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 13-1523-CO-42, in the COUNTY COURT in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein DUNEDIN SCOTSDALE VILLA III ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and LINDA A. MULIK, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 1026 of SCOTSDALE VILLA CONDOMINIUM III, Phase II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5788, Page 1367, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 77, Page 88, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 7th day of February, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
