NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-010231 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank Of New York Mellon F/K/A The Bank Of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders Cwabs, Inc., Asset-backed Certificates, Series 2005-IM3 , is the Plaintiff and Michael A. Cianciatto, Ambria Hatcher, Lakeside Community Owners Association, Inc., Unknown Spouse of Ambria Hatcher A/K/A Ameria N. Hatcher, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 14th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
