YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following described real property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 80, GOLFWOODS ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 68, Page 39, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Henry W. Hicks, Esq., attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 601 S. Fremont Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33606 on or before 02/14/2014, and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
The action was instituted in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court for Pinellas County in the State of Florida and is styled as follows: MERX REAL ESTATE, L.L.C., A Florida Limited Liability Company, Plaintiff v. UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR ANY OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST EDITH M. BOYCE, DECEASED and JPMORGAN CHASE as successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank, Defendants.
