NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 10th day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-021764, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and BETTY SUMMA A/K/A BETTY L. SUMMA, STONE'S THROW CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., WILLIAM SUMMA A/K/A WILLIAM D. SUMMA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 6th day of February, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 11102, STONE'S THROW XI, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7002, PAGE 206, ET SEQ., AND AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 103, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
