KORMANIK A/K/A CARLA ANN KORMANIK A/K/A CARLA KORMANIK-BULLARD; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; HARBOUR HOMES AT HARBOUR ISLAND NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; HARBOUR ISLAND COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE SOUTH NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/29/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

PARCEL II: A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT AS REFLECTED IN THAT CERTAIN DOCUMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4606, ON PAGE 1182 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
