NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 10, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-008826 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company, Plaintiff and Camille E. Cuonzo a/k/a Camille Cuonzo and Frank Duane Cuonzo a/k/a Frank D. Cuonzo and Joanne K. Cuonzo, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 12, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 202, BUILDING “C”, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF LA BELLE, A CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5613, PAGES 1 THROUGH 63, AS AMENDED AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 71, PAGES 55 THROUGH 57, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
