NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21, 2010, and to an order on plaintiff's motion to reset judicial sale, dated December 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-006401 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff and ANDREA PEREZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREA PEREZ; AIR FORCE 1 COOLING & HEATING, LLC. AKA AIR FORCE 1 LLC; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 6th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4 OAKDALE SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 4 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Located: 720 16th Avenue South, St. Petersburg, FL 33701
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
