NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2012, and entered in 08-016367-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2006-3, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and ANDRZEJ BUSZEWSKI; LONGINA BUSZEWSKI; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on January 31, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT PART OF GOVERNMENT LOT 2, SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 32, RUN SOUTH 89DEGREES 19'49” EAST, 1324.03 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 01DEGREES 12'29” EAST 968.28 FEET FOR POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 01DEGREES 12'29” EAST, 100 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89DEGREES 28'35” EAST, 130 FEET, THENCE NORTH 01DEGREES 12'29” WEST, 100 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89DEGREES 28'35” WEST, 130 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
