NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 11, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-CA-002669 DIV D of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Antonio Vargas; Alma D. Vargas; Beneficial Florida, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 29th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 12, BLOCK 23, TROPICAL ACRES SOUTH, UNIT 5A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1999 DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME VIN#CALS8995A AND CALS8995B
