NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 11, 2013, entered in Case No. 10-CA-022512 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ING Bank, FSB is the Plaintiff and Brian W. Noon and Sky A. Noon, Husband and Wife; Boyette Springs Homeowners' Assocation, Inc.; Unknown Tenant(s) n/k/a Kim Gelfo are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 27th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK 1, BOYETTE SPRINGS SECTION “B, UNIT 1, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 62, AT PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
