NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the real property located in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit 3803, of LAKE FOREST, a condominium according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 84, pages 56 through 62, and amended to add Phase 7, Condominium Plat Book 95, pages 7 through 13, and further amended in Condominium Plat Book 98, pages 7 and 8, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 6000, page 1082, and amended to add Phase 7, in Official Records Book 6453, page 1390, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, commonly known as 6297 93rd Terrace N., Apartment 3803, Pinellas Park, Florida, 33782-4638,
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on February 21. 2014, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
