BOOK 5368, PAGE 1175, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 82097406, AND AMENDED TO ADD PHASE V IN O.R. BOOK 5743, PAGE 551, ET SEQ., PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ANY LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS THE SAME MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME.
