NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-009393-CO-041 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SYLVETTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and TERENCE M. SELOVER; ELAINE L. SELOVER; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of February, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Apartment No. 50 in Building No. 6061, together with an undivided 0.3187% interest or share in the common elements appurtenant to said apartment in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of THE SYLVETTE, a Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 4816, Pages 1768 through 1849, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 32, Pages 70 through 76, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; the street address which is: 6061 2nd Street E Apt 50, St. Petersburg, FL 33706.
