NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 07, 2014 and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-009037 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC1 1 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST SHEILA JOINER A/K/A SHEILA BEARD JOINER, DECEASED; JOHN OLIVER BEARD, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF SHEILA JOINER A/K/A SHEILA BEARD JOINER, DECEASED; SHIRLEY ANN MORTON A/K/A SHIRLEY A. MORTON, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF SHEILA JOINER A/K/A SHEILA BEARD JOINER, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/25/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
