ADAMS, AS TRUSTEE OR HIS SUCCESSORS IN TRUST, UNDER THE BERTRAM H. ADAMS LIVING TRUST, DATED OCTOBER 6, 1997; BERTRAM H ADAMS; VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE I HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A ANGIE LEONARDI, and TENANT #2 N/K/A CONRAD LEONARDI are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/25/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
