NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 10, 2013 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-003094 SECTION I RF of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and MICHELINE I. SZABO, JANE DOE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELINE I. SZABO, WESTCHESTER MANOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., JOHN DOE N/K/A MAX LAVALE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of February, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 3, Building 1, WESTCHESTER MANOR, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3639, Page 1674, as thereafter amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 2, Page 73, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
