NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of January, 2014, and entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Carl Laymond Dyer a/k/a Laymond Carlton Dyer a/k/a Carl Dyer, Linda Kay Dyer and Chase Bank USA, N.A. are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder at an online sale conducted via the internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 24th day of February, 2014, the interest in real and personal property situated in Hillsborough County and described as:
LOT 9, BLOCK 9, LILLIE ESTATES UNIT A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH ALL LEASES, RENTS, ISSUES AND PROFITS ARISING FROM THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PROPERTY including the buildings and appurtenances located thereon and together with the fixtures situated therein and located thereon.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
