NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-010589 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-FF16, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-FF16, is the Plaintiff and Craig M. Dierking, Tenant # 1 n/k/a Ray Dewberry, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 18th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 48, SCOTS LANDING, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE 14 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
