You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the estate of RENNIE W. DAVENPORT, deceased, Case Number 14-000308-ES , by the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756; that the decedent's date of death was November 19, 2013; that the total value of the estate is approximately $5,000.00 and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are: NAME KEVIN DEAN DAVENPORT, as Successor Trustee of the revocable living trust known as THE RENNIE W. DAVENPORT FAMILY TRUST dated July 22, 1987, as amended and restated by the FIRST AMENDMENT AND RESTATEMENT dated December 10, 2004, and by the SECOND AMENDMENT dated May 9, 2008 ADDRESS 1757 Montana Avenue N.E. St. Petersburg, Florida 33703
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the estate of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the decedent other than those for whom provision for payment was made in the Order of Summary Administration must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE.
ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER APPLICABLE TIME PERIOD, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) OR MORE YEARS AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
