NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-021790 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company on Behalf of Financial Asset Securities Corp., Soundview Home Loan Trust 2007-WMC1, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-WMC1, is the Plaintiff and Keensha Parham, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 17th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
