NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-008579 - DIVISION H of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which LaSalle Bank, National Association, as Trustee for WMABS Series 2006 - HE3 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Anita Diaz, Tenant #1 n/k/a Jennifer Ellison, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees or other Claimants claiming, by through, or under Sally L. Esparza, Deceased, Jennifer M. Esparza, Larry D.
