NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-008579 - DIVISION H of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which LaSalle Bank, National Association, as Trustee for WMABS Series 2006 - HE3 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Anita Diaz, Tenant #1 n/k/a Jennifer Ellison, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees or other Claimants claiming, by through, or under Sally L. Esparza, Deceased, Jennifer M. Esparza, Larry D. Lowe, Jr., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 18th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
