YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property located at 615 Tanana Fall Drive, Ruskin, Florida, Lot 29, Block 19, River Bend Phase 4A, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 106, Pages 54-69, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida and more particularly described on the attached Exhibit A which is located in Hillsborough County, Florida. An amended claim of lien recorded in O.R. Book 22032, Page 1007, Public Records, Hillsborough County, Florida. A Complaint for Foreclosure has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication of this Notice, and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service upon the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint for Foreclosure.
