Notice is given pursuant to a final judgment dated December 17, 2013 in Case No. 13-6909 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which SOUTH FORK OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the plaintiff and DAVID NICCUM, ET AL., are the defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00am, on February 4, 2014, the following described property set forth in the order of final judgment:
Lot 22, Block D, of SOUTH FORK UNIT 4, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 98, Pages 88-95, inclusive, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
