NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-011149 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTION, INC, is Plaintiff, and, PEREZ, JORGE A., et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 7TH day of FEBRUARY 2014, the following described property:
LOT 16, BLOCK 8, COUNTRY PLACE UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
