NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 07, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-017620 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and DENA PARIS A/K/A DENA L. PARIS; DLP PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLC; COLLEGE PARK COURT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1 N/K/A JACKIE SMITH; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.

HAMNER'S HOMESTEAD ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE SOUTH 25 FEET OF THE EAST 205 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK “D” AND THE NORTH 25 FEET OF THE EAST 205 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK “D”. AND TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR THE MAIL BOX DESCRIBED AS THE SOUTH 10 FEET OF THE NORTH 35 FEET OF THE EAST 15 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK “D”. AND TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR THE DUMPSTER PAD DESCRIBED AS THE NORTH 12 FEET OF THE SOUTH 37 FEET OF THE EAST 25 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK “D”, ALL LYING AND BEING IN W.E. HAMNER'S HOMESTEAD ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
