NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 02, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-022694 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB, is Plaintiff, and SANTIAGO BORGES, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 13236, BUILDING 5, THE FALLS AT NEW TAMPA, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 16709, PAGE 0769, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
