NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-005962 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-FM2 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-FM2, is the Plaintiff and Frank Greer, Carriage Pointe Community Association, Inc. f/k/a Carriage Pointe Homeowneers Association, Inc., John Doe, Refused Name, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 18th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
