NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 09, 2014 and entered in Case No. 48-2012-CA-015773-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and VICENTE C MERCADO; JANICE L MERCADO; RESIDENCES AT MILLENIA, LLC; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; RESIDENCES AT VILLA MEDICI CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 02/13/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
